The Social, Emotional and Wellbeing program was started in 2017 and provides Counselling, Suicide Prevention, Intervention and Postvention along with Training and outreach support with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Our service is strictly confidential, and we are located in a culturally safe and secure location for your privacy. Our office is located at 49 MacDonald Street.
The Suicide Aftercare Program is a free culturally appropriate and person-centered support service for people who have recently attempted suicide or have plans to harm themselves. We will walk with you towards recovery after a suicide attempt.
Provides holistic, culturally appropriate care, activities, and programs that support the Social, Emotional and Wellbeing of individuals in ways that are relevant to their daily lives. Our program supports low to moderate mental health needs, including counselling, brief interventions and outreach support.
Connects the community to free training and provides activities and events that support Grief and Loss, Suicide prevention and to listen to our Regional Governance across the Goldfields to support community's needs.
Referrals-can be made by Individuals for themselves, or on behalf of others-whether it is a family member, friend, colleague, or someone in the community experiencing mental health challenges. To make a referral, please use the online form link below and include the person’s full name and contact details.
We offer Services across the Goldfields region including Kalgoorlie, Coolgardie, Kambalda, Laverton, Menzies, Norseman, Esperance, and Leonora.
