To ensure our students are adequately informed about the training they are undertaking with BGHS – Nindila Training Centre, they are provided with a Student Handbook which contains important information on policies and procedures.
Bega Garnbirringu Health Service (BGHS) – Nindila Training Centre is required to collect, use, store and disclose a range of personal information on students, employees and a range of other stakeholders. (BGHS) – Nindila Training Centre is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all student and personnel records. BGHS – Nindila Training Centre complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (C’Wlth), including the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APP) as outlined in the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (C’Wlth).
Bega Garnbirringu Health Service (BGHS) will manage all complaints and appeals fairly, equitably and as efficiently as possible. BGHS – Nindila Training Centre will encourage the parties to approach the complaint or appeal with an open mind, and to resolve problems through discussion and conciliation.
