Aboriginal Homeless and Fringe Dweller Support Services
Breakfast is provided on an outreach basis. We go to local camps and fringe dwellers around town on weekday mornings.
Regular outreach is also done to support clients. We meet their needs in the form of referrals, advocacy and case management.
Rough Sleeper Outreach Program
We work intensively with those who are homeless and sleeping rough to gain an alternative means of accommodation, obtain housing or return to their community. We also support clients to maintain their tenancies.
This is a NPA (National Partnership Agreement) Initiative funded program.
