To ensure our students are adequately informed about the training they are undertaking with BGHS – Nindila Training Centre, they are provided with a Student Handbook which contains important information on policies and procedures.

BGHS – Nindila Training Centre complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (C’Wlth), including the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles (APP) as outlined in the Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012 (C’Wlth).

BGHS – Nindila Training Centre will encourage the parties to approach the complaint or appeal with an open mind, and to resolve problems through discussion and conciliation.
